If your body has been holding more than your mind can process, this space is for you.
This 90-minute experience begins with a grounding guided meditation, followed by an intuitive sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more. Designed to support nervous system calming, personal awareness and rest. Reiki energy is gently woven and infused throughout.
