Aries-Libra Full Harvest Moon Circle

Sep 26, 2026 | 7:00-9:00pm

A small circle for they/thems and femmes held beneath the September Full Harvest Moon. Together, we’ll explore the balance between I AM and WE ARE reconnecting with our own voice, inner knowing, and healthy desire while honoring the relationships that shape our lives.

This moon circle will include personal reflection grounded in Circle Way, meaningful conversation, guided meditation, and end with a simple moon ritual. We’ll create space to pause, listen inward, and remember ourselves.

$30.00 self investment

Mats, cushions, and ottomans provided. Feel free to bring a journal and an open heart.

Gold & Grit Kintsugi Gathering

October 11, 2026 | 11:00-1pm

Tough enough to survive.
Tender enough to feel.

Gold & Grit is an intimate creative gathering for gay, trans men, and masculine-of-center folks. Through the Japanese art of Kintsugi, the practice of repairing broken pottery with gold, we’ll explore resilience, tenderness, authenticity, and the stories that have shaped us. This artform is rooted in philosophy around seeing and honoring the value of blemishes, aging and imperfections.

Come create, connect, and make space for the truth that strength and softness can coexist.

$50.00 self investment

All materials are provided. No art experience necessary.

Finding the Self on the Mat

Co-hosted with Kim Staley, LMT at Mindfulness in Motion

A 5-week embodied journey inward

What if your body became a doorway back to yourself?

Join Meg and Kim in this mini series of gentle movement, IFS-informed exploration, Self-resourcing, and supported conversation. Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps us understand the different parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion, while somatic practices invite us to listen to what our bodies are communicating.

Rooted in trauma-informed practices, this experience centers choice, safety, and connection. You do not need a trauma history to belong here. This space is for any woman who feels called to slow down, connect with herself, and explore the Self in community.

Kim will guide 20 minutes of accessible movement, while Meg leads reflection, psychoeducation, and embodied parts work.

Together, we’ll explore what it feels like to find more curiosity, compassion, calm, and connection within.

No yoga or IFS experience needed.

Bring a journal and yoga mat. Extra mats & bolsters available on site. Refreshments provided.
